I bought two budgies a few weeks ago. They are happy and healthy. I think they are fairly priced. The staff are a little eccentric but they were very pleasant, fun and helpful. The shop smells good which is important in a shop where animals are kept.

Amazing staff, trio of beautiful angels helping me with my issue. Maggie whom explained to me about the recall on the flea shampoo products in detail and I'm happy to get the answer has pets at home in camden were out of the flea shampoo.
Given the best advice on a home remedy on bathing my kitten for fleas proved these guys care for our pets and there reputation.

I bought 2 budgies from them last month and one of them died today . This shop lied about their age just so they can make profit , the staff are not friendly whatsoever there is only one staff member that would help you . They lied before and did it again , they made the budgies more expensive over the years. I don’t recommend this shop at all . Never come to this pet shop , it will save the heartbreak

We went for live food for our gecko, we were welcomed with the overwhelming stench of stale urine and mainly dead live food. Definitely wouldn't recommend this pet shop. Despite the fact I dont like spending money at the larger pet store I'm afraid they have left me little choice

I would personally like to say that this pet shop is amazing!
I went there to ask how it’d be like having pet guinea pigs but came out wanting to get a rabbit. I came once more and then the next time I got the rabbit himself. I’ve had him for a week now and he is very happy. Moreover, the staff are very kind and helpful! All of the pets are kept in suitable habitats considering they aren’t kept there forever. They have fish, birds, rodents, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, reptiles including snakes. I would highly recommend going there to rehome a pet.

My family and I visited this Pet shop recently with the sole purpose of buying some more goldfish for our 5 children to put in our 400l aquarium. We had a long conversation with Maggie who was absolutely brilliant. Her knowledge of fish was amazing. We felt like we had a crash degree course in Ichthyology 😂 She helped us to choose warm water fish that would thrive together in their new habitat and varied to keep our children interested. We purchased around 16 fish that give live birth, a Catfish and a crab called Tamatoa. Our aquarium is so interesting now. A big thanks to you all but especially Maggie❤️

I’ve always gone out of my way to come here because they have a great selection of good quality dog treats and foods.
I have always shopped independent pet shops as the animals are always of much better quality and never have any issues.
I made the mistake of getting gerbils from Pets At Home a few years ago and they ended up getting cancer and dying quite painfully.

I love this pet shop.
The staff are lovely and the pets are always lovely.
I just bought a hamster for my daughter and he is so friendly and adorable I'm so happy we love him.
I used to buy hamsters as a kid from there now I'm an old mum I still choose this pet shop.
Ooh and I go there to look at the lovely animals with my children and it makes them feel good.

Customer service is very bad in this shop!.
Phoned them to discuss a sick hamster I bought from them . Wanted to know if their other hamsters were healthy. Woman on phone got all defensive and said I could shop somewhere else if I wanted to.
They also have very young people serving who are too inexperienced to deal with small animals. They are not sensitive enough or have the appropriate knowledge to care for pets.
This shop use to be run by professionals!
